The Commissioner's role
The Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) works to guard against improper conduct in the Northern Territory Government, local councils and other related bodies.
Oversight and accountability
Office of the ICAC staff are bound by guidelines that govern how we operate. These guidelines are developed and enforced by the Commissioner.
The independent ICAC Inspector oversees the conduct of the Commissioner and his staff.
