Publication of general report made to Speaker
If a general report is made to the Speaker, the Speaker must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within six sitting days after the Speaker receives the report.
The Commissioner may include in the report a recommendation that the report be made public immediately.
If the report contains a recommendation mentioned in subsections, the Speaker may make the report public whether or not the Legislative Assembly is in session and whether or not the report has been tabled.
If the report is made public before it is tabled, the report attracts the same privileges and immunities as it would if it had been tabled.
