Who can report?

Any person may report improper conduct, whether real or suspected, to the Office of the ICAC. In some cases, reporting will be mandatory and required by law.

Public officers and public bodies are subject to mandatory reporting guidelines and must report improper conduct to the Office of the ICAC.
