What can I report?

You can report alleged improper conduct in NT public administration.

For example, improper conduct by employees of NT Government agencies, statutory authorities, local government councils, Members of the Legislative Assembly, and government owned corporations can be reported to the Commissioner.

You can also report improper conduct of non-government organisations or individuals that receive NT Government funding or public resources.

Under the ICAC Act, public resources include any of the following:

  • money, assets and infrastructure of the Territory or a public body
  • intellectual property of, and licences held by, the Territory or a public body
  • human resources of the Territory or a public body or public officer
  • any other resources of, or available to, the NT or a public body or public officer, including resources held under trust.
