The ICAC produces various reports and publications.

Under the ICAC Act, there are various reports and publications that must be produced. The Commissioner can also issue public statements as appropriate.

Resources provide information and support public education to increase knowledge and reduce corruption.

Joint statements

To coincide with International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December 2022, Australia’s integrity chiefs released their 12 best practice principles for Australian anti-corruption commissions.

Annual reports

The Commissioner must provide the ICAC Minister with an annual report of his and his office’s activities for each financial year, within 3 months of the end of the financial year.

Under section 48 of the ICAC Act, the Commissioner may make a general report to the Legislative Assembly.
