The commissioners of Australia's 10 independent anti-corruption and integrity agencies announced the Fundamental Principles of Australian Anti-Corruption Commissions on 31 July 2024 at the Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference (APSACC 2024) in Darwin.

Annual reports
The ICAC must provide the ICAC Minister with an annual report of their activities and the activities of their office for each financial year, within 3 months of the end of the financial year.
General reports
Under section 48 of the ICAC Act, the ICAC may make a general report to the Legislative Assembly.
Investigation reports
The ICAC may prepare and provide investigation reports in accordance with the ICAC Act.
Public statements
Under section 55 of the ICAC Act, the ICAC may release public statements in relation to particular matters, including matters referred to a referral entity.
Evaluation and reviews
Under section 110 of the ICAC Act, the ICAC may evaluate or review a public body.

Under the ICAC Act, the ICAC also makes various other reports.
